Requirements
Must:
- Direct experience with offset web presses or in a print production/prepress role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Acrobat
- Familiarity with Prinergy and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and capability to follow intricate instructions
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- Must be on-site Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm (no remote work)
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare customer artwork to align with offset web press specifications
- Create print-ready PDF files and proofs utilizing industry-standard tools
- Verify that job files correspond with client instructions and internal production tickets
- Identify issues and collaborate with customer service representatives to rectify discrepancies
- Assist with plate-making and prepress tasks for the Press Department
