Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach across various engineering squads
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives
- Oversee project timelines, dependencies, and roadmap communication
- Coordinate release schedules and manage feature deployments
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to clarify requirements and user stories
- Monitor progress in Jira and ensure clear visibility into development status
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain team momentum
- Assist in QA coordination for testing timelines and release readiness
- Enhance communication between engineering and other business functions
- Mentor teams on agile practices and continuous improvement
