Requirements
Must:
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or fields related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Interest or background in product management, continuous discovery, and agile methodologies
- Analytical approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with lean product frameworks, rapid prototyping, and outcome-oriented development
Responsibilities
- Continuously discover user needs and challenges within the cybersecurity and compliance domains
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team (UX, Engineering, Product Management) to define solutions, conduct experiments, and validate ideas
- Transform business objectives into actionable product initiatives that yield measurable results
- Utilize data and feedback to prioritize tasks, shape product strategy, and assess effectiveness
- Establish robust feedback channels with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Promote a culture of experimentation and rapid learning based on lean product principles
- Serve as the users advocate, ensuring their requirements influence development priorities
