Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology focusing on HRIS systems configuration and support, with a robust understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Experience in implementing or redesigning scheduling and timekeeping processes, along with credential tracking and identity management for employees and non-employees.
- A proven track record (3+ years) of managing senior-level business relationships and leading technology teams in application support or project management.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight, with knowledge of ITIL framework and software delivery techniques.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy and business acumen, with experience as a consultant or facilitator.
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management methods.
- Experience presenting to large groups.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of products to guarantee the quality of digital application solutions.
- Generate new concepts in collaboration with departmental partners.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to digital and analytics applications development.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technical solutions for digital application and integration projects.
- Engage with the market to comprehend industry challenges and devise innovative solutions.
- Maintain a leading position in establishing service direction, ensuring compliance with standards and policies aligned with IT architecture, tools, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, integration analysts, and engineers in the realms of digital applications and analytics product development.
- Foster a greater understanding of the optimal use of digital applications across the enterprise while sustaining relationships with enterprise leaders to enable data-informed decision-making.
- Spearhead application selection and RFP preparation in partnership with procurement personnel.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the Information Services Strategic Plan, emphasizing integration with digital applications, central business operations, and other relevant areas.
- Deliver presentations to large audiences.
