Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles
- In-depth familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs and executing against product roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing data to inform decisions (SQL, analytics platforms, A/B testing, etc.)
- Capability to blend strategic insight with hands-on execution and meticulous attention to detail
- Superior organizational and project management abilities, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating across teams such as engineering, design, marketing, operations, and client-facing departments
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or comparable platforms
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in solving real issues
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or technology-oriented products
- Exposure to data visualization or analytics tools
- Basic technical knowledge of modern web applications and APIs
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the product backlog, including defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Translate overarching business objectives into detailed, actionable product requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and operations teams to define product features and enhancements
- Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and subsequent iterations
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and internal metrics to guide product decisions
- Establish KPIs and monitor product performance utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability
- Advocate for users in prioritization and decision-making processes
- Ensure product initiatives stay aligned with our company strategy and objectives
