Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years leading consulting engagements, client interactions, or account development initiatives
- Experience designing and deploying AI / ML solutions in production
- Strong background in pre-sales, proposal creation, or expansion success
- Proficient with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Vertex AI, or Amazon SageMaker
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or similar
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand long-term AI / ML goals and develop strategic roadmaps
- Identify opportunities for expansion where additional AI or data solutions can enhance value
- Collaborate with internal leadership to grow key accounts
- Lead RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, and executive presentations
- Translate technical capabilities into business value and ROI
- Design and architect end-to-end AI / ML solutions with a focus on scalability and performance
- Manage teams of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects
- Oversee AI platforms, production pipelines, and model deployment strategies
- Mentor teams on best practices in machine learning architecture and delivery
- Ensure effective execution across design, testing, deployment, and optimization
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend paths for innovation
