Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a complex software or consulting setting
- 13-15+ years of overall experience in project delivery and pre-sales support
- Strong expertise in solution design, client engagement, and enterprise architecture
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Solid understanding of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with web services, integrations, and API design
- Background in pre-sales solution architecture and technical presentations
- Knowledge of security and permissions design
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
- Capability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and technical documentation
- Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments
Responsibilities
- Engage with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather and evaluate business requirements
- Develop scalable and forward-looking solutions that meet client objectives and enhance long-term system performance
- Provide expert advice on effectively utilizing platform capabilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and assess client challenges
- Conduct workshops to uncover business needs and guide clients toward optimal solutions
- Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders, including enterprise architecture teams
- Produce comprehensive solution architectures, including diagrams, data models, and process flows
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and functional specifications
- Review customer feedback on SOWs, identifying risks and ensuring alignment
- Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure solutions are realized as planned
- Offer architectural guidance during build, testing, and deployment stages
- Ensure compliance with best practices and non-functional requirements
- Leverage modern tools (such as AI-based prototyping) to illustrate and validate solutions
- Design reusable components and scalable extensions to boost efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with Product teams to advocate for enhancements driven by customer needs
- Serve as a senior leader within the solution architecture team, mentoring junior architects on technical design and client engagement
