Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting
- Familiarity with IRS regulations and risk management principles
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data

Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external audits ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines and company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and compile comprehensive reports on findings
- Identify risk areas within financial operations and propose effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and necessary documentation
- Assist in tax planning and compliance, including tax return preparation
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members for skill enhancement
- Enhance audit processes and procedures for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external auditors and oversee necessary corrective measures
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and legislation
