- (Nice to have) More than 1 year of experience in HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, or building automation
- (Nice to have) Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical, Drafting, or Engineering (or related technical field)
- (Nice to have) Proficiency in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Illustrator
Responsibilities
- Design DDC control panels, wiring schematics, and system interfaces for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Develop tailored sequences of operation and system layouts based on project specifications
- Create electrical wiring diagrams and graphical floorplans for user interfaces
- Select suitable control system components and compile the project bill of materials (BOM)
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Control Technicians in preparing submittals and owners manuals
- Review contract plans, specifications, and budgetary constraints with project stakeholders
- Provide documentation support to contractors and clients during the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project schedules and deliver regular updates to internal teams to meet milestones
- Ensure all documentation aligns with project timelines and quality standards
