Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Oracle technical consulting, particularly with Oracle Cloud technologies
- Demonstrated capability in leading and managing cloud migration projects
- Proficient technical knowledge in Oracle Cloud technologies, including data migration, system integrations, application customization, and security
- Outstanding client management and project coordination skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and clients at once
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Comprehensive understanding of the Energy industry, including specific processes, challenges, and trends
- Oracle Cloud certifications are highly valued
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide cloud migration projects, ensuring thorough planning of phases, resources, schedules, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business needs and convert them into technical solutions
- Design and execute Oracle Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements and aligned with industry best practices
- Offer practical technical expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, encompassing data migration, system integrations, application modifications, and security measures
- Facilitate technical training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and internal teams
- Partner with sales teams to craft proposals, deliver presentations to clients, and assist in pre-sales initiatives
- Provide strategic insight into Oracle Cloud technologies and advancements, contributing to the growth of our Oracle Cloud practice
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and ongoing enhancements to consulting offerings
