Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or equivalent is desired.
- Agile project management experience is a plus.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge preferred.
- Previous experience as a project manager is desired.
- Background in strategic planning, risk management, or change management is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proven decision-making and leadership abilities required.
- Experience in conflict resolution is a plus.
- Adaptability is a must.
- Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international vendors/job sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects following sales completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with all relevant stakeholders.
- Identify tasks and necessary resources, ensuring their availability and allocation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders during the production phases of projects.
- Develop project timelines and schedules.
- Monitor deliverables using suitable tools and methodologies.
- Provide support to the data center engineering and sales teams.
- Oversee and evaluate project performance.
- Address production, delivery, and construction concerns on-site as required.
- Manage and implement changes necessary to achieve project goals.
- Assess and evaluate outcomes of projects.
- Stay vigilant regarding individual contributions to quality, safety, environmental compliance, and product standards; report all quality issues and unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
