Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of help desk or end-user support experience
- Minimum of 2 years in server administration
- Proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with current network hardware, software, and protocols
- Experience with VMware (vSphere/Horizon) is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the companys network infrastructure to ensure security and dependability
- Manage servers (including virtual, email, file, and print) along with desktops, laptops, and printers while assisting end users
- Supervise Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Office 365/Azure device management, including SharePoint
- Keep an up-to-date inventory and documentation of network assets
- Deliver user training and Tier-1 help desk support, escalating issues as necessary
