Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong background in network security and technologies (IP, VPN, Wireless, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft O365, Active Directory, DNS, CISCO Meraki, RFA, and firewalls.
- Experience resolving various network challenges efficiently.
- Excellent customer service abilities focused on client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of printers, software support, and firewall management.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick thinking.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting complex network issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resolve a variety of network problems including Firewall Support, Microsoft O365, printers, and software issues.
- Oversee and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot network hardware, particularly CISCO Meraki devices.
- Engage with Active Directory, DNS, and other network services.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new network solutions and enhance existing networks.
- Perform regular network performance assessments.
- Offer remote support utilizing tools like Zoom and RFA.
- Keep comprehensive documentation of network issues and their solutions for future reference.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in network technology.
