Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in network administration, particularly within hospitality or gaming sectors.
- Extensive practical experience with Cisco Meraki hardware and dashboard management.
- Expertise in VLAN configuration, routing, and optimizing wireless networks.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Preferred: Experience in casino or gaming operations.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA or Meraki CMNA.
- Preferred: Understanding of PCI compliance and principles of secure network design.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues as they arise.
- Maintain secure access policies, VPN setups, and firewall configurations.
- Collaborate with systems and IT teams to ensure smooth platform integration.
- Document network architecture and operational workflows.
- Uphold compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards.
