Requirements
Must:
- At least a BS/BA Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- At least 2 years of experience working with devices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with .NET 4.6.2+ and Visual Studio 2019+
- Expertise in C# programming
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Familiarity with Windows Servers and Services
- Proven experience developing multi-threaded, high throughput, transactional processing software
- Direct experience interacting with hardware devices
- Knowledge of industry standards for source code control, architecture, coding structure, and unit/system testing
- Ability to build and document interfaces for third-party use
- Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP socket programming, HTTP and HTTPS handling, WiFi, SSH, and SSL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications focused on payment solutions
- Collaborate with team members to tackle complex technical challenges
- Engage directly with hardware devices to ensure seamless integration
- Utilize best practices for source code control and testing methodologies
- Create and document interfaces for use by third-party applications
- Participate in software design discussions and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
