Responsibilities
- Supervising programming and automation initiatives for the welding technology team
- Managing the production of necessary programs to fulfill equipment design performance criteria (including schedules, scope, delivery, and support)
- Assessing overall requirements for technical content and systems
- Driving product enhancements, including cost optimization
- Monitoring the financial success of assigned projects while ensuring budget compliance
- Establishing and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinating training programs required for skill development
