Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field)
- Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, including team leadership
- Proven track record of implementing process enhancements in high-volume, engineered manufacturing settings
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical priorities in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, establishing technical standards and fostering career advancement
- Manage manufacturing process performance metrics, including yield, throughput, costs, quality, and safety
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and systematic problem-solving techniques
- Oversee the design, optimization, validation, and documentation of both new and existing manufacturing lines
- Collaborate with operations leadership to transform business objectives into executable engineering strategies
- Support capital projects, machinery selection, process automation, and facility enhancements
- Ensure adherence to internal standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Cultivate a culture centered on data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous learning
