Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production settings
- Strong programming capabilities in Python, Scala, Java, or comparable languages
- Experience in building and managing resilient data pipelines and distributed systems
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to optimize complex queries
- Familiarity with contemporary data platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and production data ecosystems
- Experience in developing APIs and backend services (e.g., Flask, Django, Spring)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
- Nice to Have: Advanced degree in data science or a related field
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Nice to Have: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Nice to Have: Exposure to AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, MLflow, or enterprise ML platforms
- Nice to Have: Contributions to open-source projects or relevant personal projects
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive machine learning solutions, covering inference, retraining, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Architect and develop environments that facilitate model development and deployment for data scientists
- Establish deployment strategies and infrastructure to guarantee reliable model operations in a production setting
- Collaborate directly with customer systems for data extraction, transformation, and preparation for analytics and machine learning use cases
- Partner with data scientists to transition experimental models into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Develop operational testing methods and oversee QA, validation, deployment, and continuous optimization
- Provide technical leadership across application, data, and infrastructure layers
