Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Vertical Turning Machinist in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining DMG and Dmg Mori Seiki machines.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles and their application.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret intricate blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for quick troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Commitment to safety and knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional degree or certification in a related field is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC Vertical Turning machines, specifically DMG and Dmg Mori Seiki, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
- Apply GD&T principles for precision in manufacturing processes.

- Identify and resolve machine-related and manufacturing process issues.
