Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, informatics, or a related field.
- Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) or orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Skilled in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong grasp of MLOps principles, agile methodologies, and the DevOps lifecycle.
- Capable of technical writing and documentation for AI/ML models and processes.
- Understanding of healthcare data applications and machine learning implementation.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, along with EHR systems integration.
- Proven ability to manage the complete ML lifecycle.
- Experience automating processes with Terraform.
- In-depth knowledge of coding, architecture, and deployment practices.
- Strong comprehension of key performance metrics.
- Extensive experience in predictive modeling, large language models, and natural language processing (NLP).
Responsibilities
- Execute deployment and maintenance of production-ready machine learning models with real-time inference, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop robust, end-to-end machine learning infrastructures utilizing cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Lead engineering initiatives to create and optimize methodologies and workflows for ML and GenAI model engineering, enhancing deployment frameworks to align with business strategies.
- Build AI pipelines to address diverse data processing needs, ensuring adherence to technical and business specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to design robust deployment pipelines for continuous model enhancement.
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, automating testing and deployment workflows.
- Establish monitoring and logging solutions to assess model performance, overall system health, and to swiftly identify anomalies for timely maintenance.
- Utilize version control systems to track changes in machine learning models and associated code, facilitating collaborative efforts.
- Ensure machine learning systems comply with security and privacy standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation of MLOps processes and configurations.
