Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in software development, focusing on ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Proven track record as a senior software engineer or in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in web development technologies, especially JavaScript, Angular, and Vue.
- Extensive experience with Azure cloud services.
- Excellent grasp of software design and programming principles.
- Team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capability to supervise a software development team and lead projects to successful completion.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain web applications utilizing C# 8.0, .NET 4.8, ASP.NET Web API 2, JavaScript, Angular, and other cutting-edge web technologies.
- Leverage Azure cloud services for application deployment and management.
- Monitor the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and address bugs.
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automation.
- Mentor junior team members and offer constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our software solutions competitive and up to date.
