Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- At least six years of electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics, diagnosing root causes, and implementing repairs
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and tactical support during planned and unplanned equipment breakdowns and outages in production centers
- Offer technical assistance on specialized equipment such as Direct Fire melt furnaces and Programmable Controllers
- Collaborate with Engineering to tune up, check out, and commission new and revised equipment
- Train and mentor Unit Supervisors and craftspeople to enhance technical skill development across the organization
