Requirements
Must:
- Experience programming PLCs in an industrial setting
- Capability to troubleshoot and enhance control systems
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment controls is advantageous
- Basic exposure to Ignition is acceptable
- Interest in Industry 4.0, intelligent systems, and contemporary integrations
- Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Strong problem-solving abilities and readiness to take ownership
- We are open to both junior candidates with proven initiative and technical skill, as well as mid-level programmers willing to embrace more responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and upgrade existing PLC programs for wastewater treatment systems
- Design and implement new PLC programs for custom integrations
- Develop modular, scalable, and maintainable control architectures
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support modernization initiatives that align with Industry 4.0 objectives
- Contribute ideas to enhance system reliability, visibility, and performance
- This role is hands-on and collaborative, allowing you to work directly with leadership and actively influence the technical direction of future projects
