Requirements
Must:
- Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design, computer science, engineering, or business administration (other degrees considered)
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a business analyst, including multiple years in software development and/or programming design
- Extensive familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a manufacturing/distribution environment is crucial
- Proven track record in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Strong understanding of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Ability to perform well under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of relevant data privacy practices and regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide support and train end-users on various software systems, primarily focusing on JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne 9.2 modules
- Analyze and enhance requirements-gathering and application utilization processes to boost efficiency and system performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to define essential business and operational requirements
- Ensure development projects align with business goals, meet end-user needs, and resolve system issues effectively
- Manage projects to guarantee successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets
- Work alongside development teams to design, develop, test, and implement new applications and system enhancements across the organization
- Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements and organizational compliance standards
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/ERP teams to gather and communicate requirements for ERP solutions
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear functional specifications for developers
- Configure, support, and improve JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules in areas including Manufacturing, Enterprise Asset Management, and Procurement
- Utilize JDE Orchestrator and automation tools to optimize repetitive business processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate customizations, reports, and system integrations with external applications
- Work with the business process owner to ensure thorough testing, both unit and integrated
