Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon FBA inventory reconciliation or inventory control
- Proven ability to reconcile internal operational data with Amazon reports or ledger data
- In-depth understanding of FBA inbound shipments, receiving behavior, returns, removals, and adjustments
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large operational datasets
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, complex lookups, and pivots
- Capability to design repeatable workflows for reconciliation and exception tracking
Responsibilities
- Oversee FBA Inbound Reconciliation to ensure seamless inventory transfer from internal warehouse to Amazon FBA
- Lead the reconciliation process by tracking shipment records, box-level contents, and carrier validation
- Identify and resolve variances across packing errors, carrier losses, labeling issues, or Amazon discrepancies
- Analyze FBA ledger events such as receipts, adjustments, returns, removals, and disposals
- Translate Amazon reason codes into operational root causes and their financial impacts
- Manage a structured exception queue for issues including inbound shipment shortages and damaged units
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership, operations, accounting, and engineering to strengthen inventory controls and reduce variances
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting for Finance and Operations leadership, highlighting unreconciled inventory and recovery opportunities
