Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
- Strong foundation in network administration (VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Proactive troubleshooting mindset with hands-on experience
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on documentation and issue anticipation
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations involving servers, networks, devices, and user access
- Assist end users with Microsoft 365, laptops, peripherals, and access management
- Ensure network stability (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches) and resolve issues promptly
- Manage backups, security protocols, and system reliability in an ISO/SQF-compliant setting
- Support ERP infrastructure (Acumatica preferred) to maintain uptime and efficiency
- Collaborate with a managed IT service provider while retaining internal control
- Document systems, processes, and standard operating procedures for scalability
- Manage technology-related onboarding and offboarding for employees
