Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial IoT, systems integration, or equivalent environments
- Strong expertise in managing integrations between databases and industrial hardware
- Profound understanding of industrial networking within high-interference warehouse settings
- Experience in high-pressure, uptime-critical environments where downtime has immediate operational consequences
- Background in reliability engineering or similar fields requiring near-perfect system consistency
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and device governance in operational contexts
- Knowledge of production equipment such as CIJ printers, labeling systems, or checkweighers
Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and smooth operator experience, minimizing friction in technology interactions
- Reduce screen time and enhance production output through effective system design
- Develop and maintain error-proof systems (Poka-Yoke) to guarantee accurate recipe selection and data entry
- Standardize UI/UX across all devices to reduce cognitive load and facilitate seamless operations
- Uphold Work Order integrity by automating recipe triggers for each task
- Manage synchronization between database systems and production equipment to ensure reliable communication
- Conduct regular on-site checks to validate that machines follow operational instructions correctly
- Ensure bi-directional data flow between equipment and systems for real-time feedback and tracking
- Oversee Mobile Device Management systems to secure operator tablets in a kiosk-mode environment
- Identify and eliminate operational hindrances or manual workarounds that can impede production
