Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT management or similar technical leadership positions
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business or Computer Science is preferred
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- Creative and innovative thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interest in new technologies
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for diverse organizational levels
- Proven leadership capabilities to motivate and empower team members
- Solid project management skills to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Oversee all information technology activities, prioritizing safety and compliance
- Actively engage in company safety initiatives and model appropriate behavior
- Develop and implement strategic improvements for system reliability and user experience
- Provide technical leadership to IT staff for optimal system functionality
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective support and project execution
- Supervise IT infrastructure, including network operations and data protection measures
- Apply strong project management practices to plan, budget, and complete IT initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with business objectives
