Requirements

- Stay updated on IT trends and suggest enhancements and upgrades when necessary
- Collaborate with IT team and other departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals
- Oversee IT inventory management, ensuring functionality and timely repairs or replacements
- Educate and guide staff on best practices in using IT systems and ensuring security
