Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership; experience in manufacturing is preferable
- Proven expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory, O365, and Configuration
- Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and overall business operations
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience in designing and developing IT systems, along with planning IT implementation
- Solid grasp of data analysis and budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing IT budgets
- Ability to adeptly handle personnel and complex operational challenges
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, PMP, or similar are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce IT policies and best practice guides across the organization
- Design, implement, and oversee the rollout of new IT systems and services
- Monitor daily operational activities, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
- Facilitate coordination among IT managers while supervising computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals
- Manage budgeting processes and provide expenditure reports
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to establish cost-efficient contracts
- Oversee network management, including planning and executing network security measures
- Create and enforce a disaster recovery plan to minimize disruptions to critical services
- Lead the provision of 24/7 service operations while ensuring KPI compliance
- Drive the strategic development and implementation of objectives for the IT department with an emphasis on innovation and scalability
