Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proven proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or Stata for data management and analysis
- Previous experience as a Tapestry Analyst or in a similar position
- Strong expertise with reporting tools, databases, and programming
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical software for analyzing large datasets
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information accurately
- Proficient in querying, report writing, and presenting insights
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a similar field
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
- Passion for healthcare and dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through data analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality
- Interpret data and analyze outcomes using statistical methods, providing ongoing reporting
- Identify, assess, and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets
- Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and informational needs
- Discover and outline new opportunities for process improvements
- Provide support for the Tapestry application, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Analyze and document business requirements, configuring the Tapestry application accordingly
- Participate in the testing, implementation, support, and enhancement of the Tapestry application
- Work with team members and stakeholders to manage and safeguard data and information systems
