Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proficient in network architecture (SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, security protocols)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, hybrid solutions, Well-Architected Framework)
- Expertise in systems architecture and enterprise platforms (M365, infrastructure, disaster recovery)
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana/Prometheus)
- Preferred: Masters degree
- Preferred certifications: AWS (Solutions Architect Pro, Security), Azure Architect, CISSP, CCNP, HITRUST, or FinOps

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the enterprise IT architecture roadmap in alignment with business and clinical objectives
- Lead teams focused on network, cloud, and systems architecture; establish governance, standards, and best practices
- Drive the creation of a secure and scalable infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS)
- Oversee architecture for core healthcare systems, including EHR/EMR (Epic)
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations
- Assess emerging technologies (such as microservices and AI/ML) to validate strong ROI on initiatives
- Manage risk, performance, cost optimization, and system scalability
- Demonstrate a record of evaluating, testing, and implementing modern platform visibility solutions (such as DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana)
