Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- More than 5 years in Information Technology focusing on HRIS system configuration and support
- Proven ability to manage leadership-level business relationships and technology teams for over 3 years
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and software delivery methodologies
- Experience with Agile Project Management techniques
- Expertise in Workday, HealthStream, and Kronos
- Excellent business relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Capacity to rapidly learn new applications
- Experience with identity management solutions and compliance matters
Responsibilities
- Oversee product development to ensure quality digital application solutions
- Generate innovative ideas through collaboration with departmental partners
- Manage and plan the development of all digital and analytics application activities
- Analyze and recommend effective technical solutions for digital applications and integration efforts
- Maintain a leadership position in establishing service direction and ensuring compatibility with established information systems architecture and policies
- Act as the internal and external advocate for Analytics and Applications product offerings
- Lead a team of developers, integration analysts, and engineers, while mentoring their professional growth
- Promote awareness of optimal digital application and integration usage across the organization
- Lead the application selection process and prepare RFPs in collaboration with procurement staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Information Services Strategic Plan
- Deliver presentations to large audiences
