Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing position, ideally within the enterprise/SaaS sector, with a robust B2B marketing playbook and extensive digital marketing expertise.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies for SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
- Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing playbook.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and energize a team.
- Strong analytical mindset, utilizing data-driven insights for decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or higher marketing certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a holistic marketing strategy aimed at boosting brand visibility, enhancing customer acquisition, and promoting retention.
- Spearhead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including digital, social media, events, and public relations.
- Leverage data analytics to refine marketing tactics, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to produce impactful marketing content and messages that connect with our target audience.
- Manage the marketing budget to guarantee effective resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Keep current with industry trends, market competition, and customer behaviors to shape marketing approaches.
- Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement within the marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
