- Strong skills in Excel for data entry and organization
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Familiarity with technical writing and document review
- Aptitude for maintaining databases and document libraries
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
Responsibilities
- Collect and verify HSSE data from various sources to ensure accuracy
- Enter and organize data utilizing software applications like Excel and SharePoint
- Maintain and update databases, particularly within SharePoint
- Prepare informative dashboards featuring key HSSE metrics using Power BI
- Generate regular reports for management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Support administrative tasks, including taking meeting minutes and reviewing documents
- Work collaboratively within the HSSE team to align on priorities and data needs
- Ensure confidentiality of company information in all interactions
