- Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and standard correspondence
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing both electronic and physical filing systems
- Familiarity with preparing for and attending arbitration, mediation, and trials
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for litigation
- Manage case files and ensure the organization of documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts regarding case details
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Analyze and summarize discovered evidence and court documents
- Support attorneys during depositions and hearings
- Facilitate communication within the legal team and with opposing counsel
- Coordinate schedules for mediations, hearings, and trials
