Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance or higher
- Over 5 years of experience in hardware systems support or administration (or 3 years with an advanced degree)
- Security+ certification
- Experience with Linux and server hardware
- Familiarity with clusters and high-performance computing systems (HPC) is a plus
- Linux+ certification is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Perform daily troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues
- Document all repairs and manage part returns
- Generate regular reports and maintain SLA compliance
- Support 24x7 contracts as needed
- Assist with system installations and inventory management
