Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven history of developing and launching high-quality products and features.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or at rapidly growing tech companies, with a keen interest in startup culture.
- Full-Stack development experience with Node.js / TypeScript, React, and a specialization in building APIs and data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Passion for creating efficient, observable, and automated data systems.
- Proficiency in working within fast-evolving environments with shifting product demands.
- Familiarity with MongoDB and AWS.
- Bonus: Experience with search algorithms, recommendation systems, or data challenges.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, or AI/ML tools.
- Expertise in designing systems that prioritize scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience in building software from the ground up in a growing startup, with insights into data modeling, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver significant product features alongside engineering, design, and business teams.
- Incorporate emerging AI technologies into both the platform and engineering processes.
- Improve platform architecture and data models to provide a seamless and reliable user experience.
- Establish and manage systems for efficient data collection, processing, storage, and retrieval.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate data workflows.
