Requirements
Must:

- At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development, emphasizing .Net and Blazor.
- Strong expertise in SQL database design, development, and management.

- Solid grasp of software development principles and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality technical solutions utilizing .Net and Blazor.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Create and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
- Leverage Azure for cloud-based app development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and promptly.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and aid in their skill enhancement.
- Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
