Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development with complex, production-grade systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge gaps across global teams
- Hands-on, on-site attitude for real-time problem solving
- Preferred 6+ years of relevant development experience
- Mac-based development experience is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with AI-driven or embedded systems is a plus
- Previous experience in platform rebuilds or refactoring is desirable
- Comfort in collaborating across different time zones and cultures
- Exposure to automation-driven logistics or trade platforms is an asset
- Process-oriented mindset (PMI, Green/Black Belt certification appreciated but optional)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a sophisticated, fully automated trade platform
- Collaborate with global developers during the rebuild and improvement phases
- Diagnose and resolve daily system issues to prevent recurrence
- Support AI-enabled features and manage embedded code architecture
- Operate within a Mac-based development environment
- Manage and implement regular software patches and updates
- Work closely with trade, logistics, and operations teams
- Engage in research and development while transitioning the platform into stable operations
- Enhance documentation, workflows, and technical consistency
