Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development, focusing on building and engineering user interfaces
- Proficiency in React
- Proven experience in leading frontend projects, making architectural decisions, and fostering collaboration between frontend and existing backend systems
- Familiarity with Python, Django, and FastAPI
- Experience in startup environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Argo, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in developing full-stack applications from the ground up
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new product features from initial concept to final launch, ensuring high-quality implementation and user experience
- Design and construct scalable, high-performance frontend architectures that effectively integrate with backend APIs
- Assess and weigh different technical solutions, making informed decisions that meet both business and user needs
- Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical support
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to provide cohesive and intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to improving development practices, best methodologies, data-driven decisions, and engineering culture
