Requirements
Must:
- Engineering undergraduate degree or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Experience with Building Controls and/or Mechanical systems, or education in this area if in a trainee position
- Proven professional experience in business-to-business sales
- Understanding of DDC Control Theory & Applications as well as Mechanical systems
- Familiarity with one or more platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC
- Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus
Responsibilities
- Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate building automation and energy services solutions for both new constructions and retrofits
- Build long-lasting business relationships with BAS clients by offering consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners regarding building control and mechanical systems
- Collaborate with our engineers and technicians to ensure the effective implementation of projects
- Deliver industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering sectors
- Engage with various clients, including data centers, healthcare facilities, government buildings, schools, and higher education institutions
