Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer-focused React applications across the e-commerce platform and internal portals
- Lead the development of new features from concept through to launch with a focus on quality
- Design scalable and high-performance frontend architectures that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs
- Make informed technical decisions while evaluating various solution trade-offs
- Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and providing technical guidance
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to the enhancement of development processes, best practices, and the engineering culture
