Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing or Production sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid comprehension of safety protocols in the manufacturing field.
- Capable of interpreting technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage emergencies.
- Willingness to work night shifts and be available for on-call emergencies.
- Relevant certification or degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to pinpoint potential problems and address them proactively.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment.
- Interpret and apply technical documentation, blueprints, and diagrams effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to comprehend equipment requirements and schedule maintenance work accordingly.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and undertake prompt repairs to reduce downtime.
- Maintain precise and current maintenance records.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to foster a safe work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advances to propose enhancements in maintenance practices.
