Requirements
Must:

- Skilled in preventive maintenance and equipment repair.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.
- Capable of interpreting technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage emergencies.
- Relevant certification or degree in a technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to detect potential issues and address them proactively.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency of machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty machinery and equipment as needed.
- Interpret and enact technical instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Collaborate with the production team to assess equipment requirements and organize maintenance activities accordingly.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and undertake immediate repairs to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate and current maintenance documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to suggest improvements in maintenance practices.
