Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in environments requiring adaptability and autonomy.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and independence.
- User-centric approach with a passion for applying software to real-world, impactful engineering challenges.
- Enthusiasm for being part of an early-stage team developing tools that enhance advanced hardware systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–50% to engage with customers at technical sites, such as aerospace test facilities or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Experience in building backend systems using Java or other backend languages, tools, and frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized software solutions, tools, and integrations that meet specific customer requirements, focusing on rapid iteration and functional prototypes.
- Design and maintain robust data workflows to ensure seamless connectivity between client data systems and our internal platforms, often in highly technical environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to assist with technical evaluations, guide pre-sales discussions, and define the scope of customer-facing projects.
- Act as a key representative of the customer by providing technical feedback and user insights to inform product direction and future feature development.
- Contribute to team development by participating in recruitment processes, conducting technical interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new engineering team members.
