Requirements
Must:
- Minimum age of 23 due to rental car policies
- Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related field, or equivalent experience with injection molding machinery
- Skilled in using a digital multimeter and hand tools
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
- Self-motivated with a strong troubleshooting aptitude
Responsibilities
- Install injection molding machines and any optional auxiliary equipment
- Commission new machinery and assist with startups
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Respond to service requests and deliver on-site technical assistance
- Upload and set up PLC and operator interface software
- Provide training to customers on machine operation and maintenance
- Document service activities and communicate with internal teams
