Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, focusing on requirement definition and supporting IT/system projects with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks including HITRUST, HIPAA, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) along with cloud maturity concepts.
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise project delivery.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or 9+ years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience with multi-vendor deliverables, compliance audits, or IT governance change initiatives.
- Certifications such as CSPO, CAP, or PMP-PBA are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise IT and compliance projects.
- Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications, workflows, and use cases with full traceability.
- Collaborate with project managers to delineate the project scope, dependencies, risks, and strategies for mitigation.
- Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, managing backlogs, sprint artifacts, and documentation for change control.
- Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams to promote clarity, alignment, and shared success metrics.
- Keep audit-ready documentation for HITRUST, HIPAA, DR/BCP, and governance controls up to date.
- Create metrics dashboards and reporting tools to assist executive decision-making.
- Seek out opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance compliance readiness.
