Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in TOGAF, Zachman Framework, and other enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Strong background in integration technologies, such as APIs, middleware, ESB, ETL, and data integration patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, along with cloud architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of PLM systems such as Windchill and Teamcenter, and manufacturing system architectures.
- Understanding of modern application development practices, including microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with SAP and S4HANA.
- Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in cloud migration.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset on technology and business issues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and IT objectives.
- Design and deploy enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, including integration technologies like APIs, middleware, ESB, ETL, and data integration methods.
- Create cloud architecture patterns and manage our cloud platforms, which include Azure and AWS.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of PLM systems like Windchill and Teamcenter, along with manufacturing system architectures.
- Promote the adoption of contemporary application development practices, such as microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to assess business requirements and convert them into technological solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to IT teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
