Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, particularly with Bluetooth Low Energy devices
- Profound expertise in C/C++ firmware development
- Knowledge of Zephyr RTOS, Nordic SDK, or TI SimpleLink is necessary
- 3+ years of direct customer engagement experience, especially in hardware bring-up or delivering embedded systems
- Strong understanding of OTA workflows, power optimization, and memory-constrained environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to guide less-experienced engineering teams to success
- Practical skills with embedded build systems (e.g., CMake, Make) and cross-compilation toolchains for optimized performance
- Familiarity with cryptography principles; experience with PSA or TF-M is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding of enterprise customers at an embedded level, involving integration, troubleshooting, and enabling Hubbles SDK on Bluetooth Low Energy-capable hardware
- Create chip-specific reference applications for prominent SoCs and platforms compatible with the Hubble Network
- Assist customer firmware teams with code reviews, debugging, driver configurations, and alignment on provisioning and OTA strategies
- Convert integration insights into reusable modules, tools, and documentation to improve our SDK and facilitate future engagements
- Collaborate with the core SDK team to prioritize scalable improvements informed by actual customer experiences
- Act as a champion for customer needs, identifying and mitigating challenges in the integration process
